Reflections
Experience
Week 9
Didn't realise how behind i was as compared to other students in class. I missed a class a while before because i was unwell but it affected my work a lot. Even though i felt left out i still pulled through by producing a design at the last second and made a poster to go with the design.
Week 10
I had a feeling that class might be cancelled for the holidays and it did. However, that didn't stop me from trying to continue my work, specifically finishing the collaterals of project 2 as much as possible throughout the week so that i can show the lectures the following week and head for printing.
Observation
Week 9Most of the students in class were rushing to print their Troublemakers Manifesto posters for viewing in class. My own artwork finished just in time to print. However, the university's servers were slow so most of us took a while to print out artworks.
Week 10
There was no class because of Diwali Holiday.
Findings
Week 9
I found that my last minute burst of idea get approved faster than work I usually put effort into. I'm not sure if in the spur of the moment an idea came that or it was luck, but my design was approved fast and i created a poster design even faster.
Week 10
I found that fabric related printing was going to be difficult so i decided not to print tote bags. But instead opted for button badges in multiple sizes as well as multiple stickers.
